Assistant Brand Manager – Premium Brands

About the role

We are seeking a passionate marketer to join our Marketing team as an Assistant Brand Manager for our premium portfolio. You will translate consumer insights into compelling brand experiences and help drive growth across the premium beer category.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives aligned with overall strategy and brand guidelines.
• Contribute to achieving volume, revenue, market share and P&L targets.
• Assist in creating annual marketing and A&P plans.
• Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and strengthen our premium positioning.
• Collaborate on new product launches, brand activations and consumer engagement projects.
• Track and evaluate brand performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies and opportunities to enhance consumer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Marketing or Brand Management.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; a B.A. (Hons) in International Business Management is a plus.
• CIM (UK) or equivalent professional marketing qualification is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, consumer insights and sales operations.
• Good commercial and financial acumen with P&L awareness.
• Excellent project, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders and deliver in fast‑paced environments.
