Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the visual direction and design strategy for our brand and client campaigns. You will inspire a team of designers, translate bold ideas into compelling visuals, and ensure every output aligns with brand ethos and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall visual strategy across all campaigns, platforms, and brand touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to produce high‑quality creative work.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop campaign concepts and visual narratives.
• Oversee the design process from concept through execution, maintaining consistency and excellence.
• Present and articulate design ideas to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push creative boundaries.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Art Director or senior creative leader with a strong multi‑platform portfolio.
• Strategic mindset with deep understanding of brand storytelling, user experience, and visual communication.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with practical execution, managing timelines and expectations.
• Passion for design innovation and mentoring creative talent.
