Area Sales Manager – Southern Province

About the role

We are looking for a driven, customer‑focused Area Sales Manager to accelerate growth across cafés, hotels, restaurants and villas in the Southern Province. You will build strong partner relationships, uncover new business opportunities and ensure seamless execution of our development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partners in hotels, cafés, restaurants and villas across the Southern Province.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Track leads, proposals and contracts, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure.
• Present tailored proposals and communications to clients.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Prepare presentations for the Board on sales performance.
• Assist in negotiating agreements, renewals and terms with partners.
• Develop and implement SOPs and systems for consistency and scalability.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management within beverage, foodservice, distribution, hospitality or related industries (coffee experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience managing sales teams, including performance tracking and territory planning.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship management, strategic planning and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
