About the role
We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and documentation of residential and commercial building projects. The role involves translating client needs into detailed architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan building regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation for various projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams to align design intent.
- Conduct site inspections to verify design compliance and address on‑site issues.
- Support project planning, obtain necessary approvals, and assist in execution phases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–4 years of experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong design, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Proven capability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Lumion.
