Architect - Global Security Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to lead our Global Security Operations team, overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Detection & Response (SDS) functions. The role ensures 24/7 coverage, drives continuous improvement, and supports a customer‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise SOC and SDS analysts, providing daily guidance, performance feedback and mentorship.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coordinate shift schedules and guarantee consistent 24/7 coverage.
• Develop and deliver training plans to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence.
• Oversee SOC triage, incident response and service delivery activities to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor team output against SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Act as the first escalation point for complex technical or operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a SOC, service delivery or cybersecurity operations environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response and service delivery processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH or ITIL are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms.
• Proficiency with SOAR solutions.
• Knowledge of EDR/XDR tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security monitoring.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
