Applied AI Engineer – Enterprise AI Agent Platform

About the role

As an Applied AI Engineer you will translate complex business processes into autonomous AI agent logic, enabling intelligent automation across enterprise operations. You will collaborate with customers, product teams, and AI platform engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that improve efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agent workflows, integrating with ERP, CRM, Procurement and Logistics systems.
• Map business processes with SMEs into logical steps suitable for AI orchestration and ensure alignment with business rules and KPIs.
• Partner with implementation, sustaining engineering, product and platform teams to deploy, maintain and iterate AI agents in production environments.

Required profile

• Experience in software development or scripting (Python, JavaScript or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, data flow management and AI framework APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic and deliver solutions in a hands‑on, delivery‑focused manner.
