Application Support Consultant – L1 (Platform)

About the role

As an Application Support Consultant you will work directly with Acumatica partners and customers, delivering technical mentoring, coaching and consulting to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. You will act as a client advocate, helping resolve issues and improve processes while becoming an expert on the Acumatica platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to partners and customers, responding promptly within SLA objectives.
• Develop deep proficiency with Acumatica’s product suite and troubleshoot application‑related issues via phone, chat and web meetings.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and analyze their business and technical requirements.
• Deliver ongoing education to clients on effective use of Acumatica solutions.
• Manage technical service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate proactively about product updates, supportability issues and program information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to quickly learn and master Acumatica’s ERP platform.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve application issues.
