Application Support Consultant – L1 (Platform)

About the role

As an Application Support Consultant you will be the first point of contact for Acumatica partners and customers, delivering high‑quality technical assistance and ensuring a positive experience with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to partners and customers, meeting SLA response times.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Acumatica product suite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application‑related issues via phone, chat, and web meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships and act as a client advocate.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver ongoing education to help clients use Acumatica effectively.
• Manage technical service requests and ensure timely resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate proactively about product updates, supportability, and program information.
