Analyst - Managed Security Services (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Managed Security Services team is looking for a skilled Analyst to join on a fixed‑term basis. You will lead detailed investigations of security incidents, work closely with stakeholders, and help mentor junior SOC analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth analysis of security incidents, including malware analysis, endpoint forensics, and network traffic analysis.
• Escalate and coordinate responses to complex security events with internal teams and clients.
• Analyse threat‑intelligence feeds and reports to identify emerging attack patterns.
• Prepare concise incident reports and briefings for management and clients.
• Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor for L1 SOC analysts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and security best practices.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a security‑related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CPIA, BTLO, CEH, CHFI, ECSA, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with management, staff, and clients.
