About the role
Travel Center is seeking enthusiastic Airline Reservations and Finance Assistants to support its fast‑growing travel operations. The role combines handling airline booking enquiries with basic financial administration, providing a gateway into the travel industry for motivated candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Process airline reservation requests and issue tickets using the company’s booking platform.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations and customer communications.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking and basic financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the travel operations team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
Required profile
- Willingness to work in the US time zone.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
