About the role
The Executive will manage flight and hotel bookings, confirmations and changes for guests, ensuring seamless travel experiences. The role supports VIP and loyalty guests while delivering the warm, professional service Bellagio is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Handle flight and hotel bookings, confirmations, and changes.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels and transport providers.
- Prepare itineraries and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Support VIP and loyalty guests with seamless travel experiences.
- Deliver the warm, professional service Bellagio is known for.
Required profile
- Experience in air ticketing and hotel reservations using GDS or other booking systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Background in travel, hospitality or airline industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
