AI Transformation Manager

About the role

The AI Transformation Manager will lead the university’s AI-driven change agenda, shaping a roadmap that aligns with the institution’s strategic goals. This senior position focuses on identifying high‑impact AI use cases, automating processes, and fostering responsible AI adoption across academic and administrative units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI transformation roadmap in line with the university’s strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases for teaching, research, and administration.
• Lead AI‑based process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic, research, and industry partners on AI projects.
• Establish AI governance, data management, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
• Manage vendors, solution providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Drive AI awareness, change management, and capability‑building programs for staff and students.
• Ensure AI projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading technology‑enabled transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
