AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to own the technical delivery of AI‑powered solutions, automation, integrations, and internal AI operating systems. This hands‑on full‑stack role goes beyond basic AI experimentation and requires demonstrable experience building and deploying AI agents, tool‑using systems, and production applications.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to assess technical feasibility, design AI‑driven solutions, and create detailed blueprints.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI‑powered applications from prototype to production, ensuring ongoing optimisation.
• Identify repeatable patterns and convert them into reusable modules for deployment across multiple client environments.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and platforms, handling limited or poorly documented interfaces.
• Maintain version‑controlled codebases using Git and manage deployments on platforms such as Vercel.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying LLM‑powered applications beyond conversational chatbots.
• Hands‑on expertise with AI agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt and context engineering.
• Strong full‑stack development background using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern frameworks like Next.js.
• Proven ability to work with relational databases (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience assessing unfamiliar systems and designing integration solutions.

• MCP connectors and tool integration.

• Integration with Notion, Google Workspace, Stripe, Twilio, CRM, POS, accounting systems.
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot Studio).
• Automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
