AI & Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

IGT1 is seeking an AI & Legal Operations Specialist to drive digital transformation of the Legal function. You will manage AI‑enabled legal databases, automate document review, and partner with global teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance AI‑enabled legal databases and tools such as Contract IQ and custom GPTs.
• Curate, structure and validate AI training data (contracts, NDAs, compliance checklists).
• Define, refine and standardise operational legal processes and drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between Legal, technical teams and business stakeholders, translating system outputs into actionable insights.
• Provide day‑to‑day troubleshooting, documentation, training materials and manage internal knowledge repositories.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in legal operations, legal technology or related business support roles.
• Experience working with AI‑enabled tools or legal tech platforms in a global, virtual environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and high ethical standards.
