Aftersales Service Engineer (HVAC)

About the role

We are seeking an Aftersales Service Engineer (HVAC) to deliver technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair services for our HVAC customers. The role involves regular client visits, coordination with internal teams and providing 24/7 after‑sales assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits and provide HVAC technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve client requirements and service issues.
• Monitor HVAC systems, identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain client communication and prepare service/technical reports.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent client requirements and follow up on after‑sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in after‑sales service or field engineering is preferred.
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly and provide 24/7 support when required.
