Administration Assistant Manager – Automotive Dealer Operations

About the role

The Administration Assistant Manager will act as the bridge between Abans Auto’s dealer network and internal back‑office teams, ensuring smooth business operations across sales, service, and inventory functions. This role supports the company’s growth in the automotive and two‑wheeler market by coordinating dealer activities and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer network interactions with internal departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate dealer meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Manage dealer appointment, onboarding, and stock request processes.
• Oversee vehicle registration follow‑up and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor dealer transactions, maintain operational records, and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures across the dealer network.
• Provide operational support to improve dealer efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in administration, dealer management, sales operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
