Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to manage the financial operations of a growing hospitality group that includes a portfolio of villas and a restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 1–2 years of experience to develop their career in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Maintain and reconcile the Balance Sheet.
• Handle daily banking transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and liaise with banks as needed.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Ensure timely recording of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Provide administrative and financial support to the management team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing or assisting with P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and banking procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
