About the role
Kayjay Electronics is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, support financial reporting and ensure smooth financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.
- Perform regular bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with monthly financial closings and tax compliance, including GST/VAT.
- Maintain accurate journal entries and accounting records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP.
