Accountant – Hospitality Finance

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Accountant to manage the financial functions of our hospitality property. The role involves preparing regular financial reports, supporting audit processes, and collaborating on budgeting and cash‑flow management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain property‑level financial function and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Liaise with external auditors and finalize audited financial statements.
- Prepare annual budget and forecast in line with Group guidelines in collaboration with the hotel.
- Manage property‑level cash flows and treasury activities.
- Handle and coordinate direct and indirect tax matters.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional qualification from a recognized body (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
- Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong technical, analytical, coordination and interpersonal abilities.
