Accountant & Financial Project Lead (CA)

About the role

Win Core is not looking for a data entry bookkeeper. We are seeking a qualified financial professional to serve as the technical authority on client accounts, acting as the controller for BPO clients and ensuring audit‑ready, tax‑compliant, and strategically sound financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit Readiness & Sign‑Off – Lead preparation of financial statements compliant with LKAS/SLFRS and coordinate with external auditors to secure sign‑offs.
• Tax Strategy & Compliance – Manage corporate tax exposure, handle VAT, SSCL and CIT filings in RAMIS, and resolve default notices.
• System Migration – Move clients from manual “shoebox” records to fully digital cloud systems such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Client Advisory – Act as the primary financial advisor, interpreting numbers for business owners and providing actionable cash‑flow and profitability insights.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (practicing certificate is a plus).
• The “Fixer” – enjoys untangling messy accounts and rebuilding broken systems.
• RAMIS Expert – deep knowledge of the Inland Revenue Department’s system and ability to handle default notices.
• Tech‑Savvy – proficient with Xero, QuickBooks or sophisticated ERP systems and their integration with POS or inventory solutions.
• Commercial Mindset – understands accounting as a service business, communicates clearly and manages client expectations.
