Account Manager

About the role

Riskonnect, a leading integrated risk management software provider, is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive renewals, and expand the relationship by delivering the full value of Riskonnect’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health of an assigned client book and execute improvement plans (onboarding, web training, email campaigns).
• Manage renewal processes, negotiate enterprise contracts, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Build regular contact with key decision‑makers, schedule stewardship meetings, and act as the primary relationship owner.
• Collaborate with Success Consultants and Account Executives to resolve issues, track action items, and develop client growth strategies.
• Document client outcomes, monitor progress, and coordinate cross‑functional solutions.
• Handle feature‑request management and stay current on product and industry trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role within the enterprise software industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize workload, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills using remote communication tools (phone, email, web training).
• Experience developing senior‑level relationships and driving contract renewals.
