Account Manager – Client & Creator Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through campaign execution, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of consumer brands. The role combines client service, creator marketing, and project coordination in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, including kickoff calls, intake reviews, asset collection, and campaign setup.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, set expectations, and resolve issues.
• Translate client goals and brand guidelines into clear creator briefs.
• Coordinate with internal operations, recruiting, and content production teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor campaign progress, identify risks, and provide regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and gather client feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, influencer or creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of user-generated content, short-form creator marketing, and DTC/e‑commerce brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
