Account Management Executive

About the role

Mintpay, a fast‑growing fintech platform, is seeking an Account Management Executive to nurture and expand its merchant portfolio. You will act as the primary growth partner for assigned merchants, driving revenue, usage and satisfaction through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of merchants, ensuring their day‑to‑day needs are met.
• Plan, launch and monitor promotions, engagement campaigns and collaborative marketing activities.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase merchant revenue and overall satisfaction.
• Resolve merchant inquiries and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Collect merchant feedback and market data to inform broader corporate strategy.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, corporate sales, client servicing or customer success.
• Experience with B2B sales or corporate relationship management is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
