Account Executive (Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Account Executive to support the smooth execution of financial and operational processes across multiple business units. The role combines reconciliation, invoicing, and client‑facing finance responsibilities, requiring strong analytical abilities and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales and client reconciliations for all business units, ensuring internal records match client‑facing statements.
• Conduct thorough audits across platforms and ledgers, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Generate invoices, quotes, cost breakdowns and other required reports, and manage invoicing functions across the organization.
• Update and maintain finance dashboards to provide accurate, up‑to‑date reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Respond to client requests related to operational and finance matters, delivering timely and professional resolutions.
• Act as the finance representative to clients, handling collections, payment follow‑ups, and related communications.
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation, invoicing, and collection activities.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies or risk items to the team leader with supporting analysis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliations, or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Confident, professional communication skills for direct client interaction on financial matters.
• Ability to manage multiple business units, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive client and financial data.
