Account Executive – Accounting & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to support our finance team. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and assisting with reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and will work closely with senior finance staff to improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and process financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payments and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support routine finance operations and collaborate with other departments.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial record‑keeping.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Excel for data analysis.
