Video Producer

About the role

The Video Producer will work full‑time on‑site in Colombo, creating high‑quality video assets that support Acetle’s marketing and client campaigns. This role blends creative storytelling with technical production to deliver engaging content for web, social media and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, storyboards and scripts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Coordinate and execute shoot logistics, including location scouting, talent management and equipment setup.
• Capture footage and oversee the full production pipeline from pre‑production through post‑production.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and account teams to ensure brand consistency and performance‑focused video output.
• Manage production timelines, organize media assets and maintain clear documentation.
• Optimize video files for platform specifications, audience engagement and measurable results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and best practices to continuously raise video quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end video production, including pre‑production planning and on‑set coordination.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and a portfolio demonstrating digital‑first video content.
• Familiarity with social‑media formats and performance‑oriented video strategies.
• Experience working in a marketing or agency environment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
