Trainee – Digital Marketing

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to support its online presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to manage social channels, create visual content, and analyse performance metrics. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all social media activities for the company.
• Monitor competitors’ social media activities and recommend improvements.
• Create artwork for social platforms using Canva.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the company website.
• Track digital marketing performance with tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
• Establish relationships with industry professionals and social media influencers.

Required profile

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Undergraduate degree or HND in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
