Team Lead – Digital Marketing

About the role

Growth Inc. is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to step into a leadership position. As Team Lead – Digital Marketing you will guide a team of executives, associates and interns while managing a portfolio of key client accounts. The role is central to delivering high‑impact campaigns and driving agency growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support Digital Marketing Executives, Associates and Interns, providing feedback on content plans and campaign strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, build strong relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Oversee execution of client campaigns, coordinate with creative, content and paid‑media teams, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Support proposal development, new‑business pitches and contribute to overall agency strategy and process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads).
• Hands‑on experience with Google advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
