Senior Executive - Quality Assurance

About the role

The Senior Executive – Quality Assurance ensures that manufactured merchandise meets customer quality requirements and that quality guidelines are followed within the assigned section.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to quality procedures according to customer specifications for the designated area.
• Resolve routine quality issues using appropriate statistical tools.
• Oversee Quality Assurance activities for the Cutting Department.
• Prepare and update MIS reports and documentation following defined formats.
• Supervise and manage the quality assurance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Clothing Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a quality function.
• Background in both sewing and cutting department quality assurance is preferred.
