Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The client is a growing hospitality organization focused on strengthening brand presence and driving revenue through strategic, performance‑driven marketing. They need a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead end‑to‑end digital campaigns, generate leads and support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and promote services.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate timely execution of digital campaigns, website updates and other marketing initiatives.
• Drive lead generation activities and support improvements in lead‑to‑customer conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, recommending enhancements to the customer journey.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, internal teams, agencies and external vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with CIM/SLIM qualification or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing.
• Strong experience in social media management, performance marketing and digital campaign execution.
• Proven ability to generate leads and support conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
• Experience using analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
