Senior Consultant – PMO (Transformation Design & Execution)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Transformation Design & Execution team. You will help US‑based clients translate strategy into results by establishing and operating Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) or PMOs across functional domains such as Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement TMO/PMO/EPMO governance structures and operating models.
• Lead demand intake, prioritisation, budgeting, portfolio scenario planning and programme execution.
• Manage schedules, risks, issues, resources and track value realization across workstreams.
• Define KPIs, produce performance reports and build data‑driven dashboards.
• Configure and integrate PPM tools (Planview/Clarity) with Jira, Azure DevOps and MS Project.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure high‑quality client service on complex functional programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PMO or transformation programmes in Cyber, Finance, Risk or ERP domains.
• Strong ability to partner with functional leaders and drive strategic conversations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering value‑focused outcomes.
