Senior Architect – High‑Rise Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience in designing high‑rise buildings of 20 stories or more. The role involves leading the architectural process from concept through tender documentation, ensuring compliance with codes and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze design briefs and cost data to produce feasibility reports.
• Provide architectural input from concept design to final tender drawings.
• Coordinate material submissions, approvals and handle design clarifications during tender.
• Review designs and advise management on architectural matters.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to resolve issues.
• Organize site teams, supervise inspections and manage drawing office operations.
• Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor to assess project variations.
• Conduct site visits and assist with preliminary concept designs.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years experience designing high‑rise buildings over 20 stories.
• Strong understanding of material specifications.
• Proficient in architectural drawings and relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
