Quantity Surveyor – Tendering Specialist

About the role

SAW Engineering is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead the tendering process for its construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders, managing billing, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents with accurate cost estimates.
• Handle the entire tendering process, including bid preparation and submission.
• Conduct cost analysis and develop pricing strategies for competitive bids.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Oversee billing, subcontractor invoicing, and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• National Certificate in Technology (NCT) in Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of experience in tendering within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in English language.
