About the role
Lawin Holdings is seeking a full‑time Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Ragama. The role focuses on managing all cost‑related aspects of carpentry and interior projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for carpentry and interior works.
- Monitor project expenses and compare actual costs against budgets.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure cost‑effective solutions.
- Report financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimisation.
Required profile
- HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience on carpentry or interior‑related projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and cost monitoring.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with BOQ preparation.
- Cost monitoring and budget control.
- Tender preparation and evaluation.
