Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead software development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies. The role will collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, customers and senior leadership to ensure smooth delivery, effective prioritisation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on planning, prioritisation, decision‑making and effective ways of working.
• Remove blockers, monitor sprint progress, burn‑down charts and manage workload to maintain productivity.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining the backlog, user stories, product vision and roadmap.
• Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready before a sprint and Definition of Done before completion.
• Manage changes and feedback, capture and prioritise them through the backlog.
• Balance product features, quality, technical requirements and delivery priorities.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap and upcoming releases to the team and manage customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, Business Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Professional certification such as PMP or CSM is preferred.
• Ability to understand both business requirements and software engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, competing demands and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong team leadership and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
