About the role
We are looking for a driven and committed individual to join our dynamic Factory HR Team in Horana to work on occupational health projects for a period of one year.
Required profile
- Graduate in Management, Science, Healthcare or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, occupational health coordination, nursing administration or medical centre operations.
- Good understanding of clinic operations, appointment coordination, records management, medical supplies, provider follow‑up and healthcare documentation.
- Strong awareness of medical confidentiality, ethics, data privacy and employee health record protection.
- Comfortable working in a factory healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated strong coordination and communication skills with a bias for action and ability to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Good IT literacy with practical reporting, dashboard and record management capability.
- Ability to use IT tools for data analysis and creating visual dashboards.
