Merchandiser – Apparel Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking experienced Merchandisers with strong apparel manufacturing exposure to manage the complete order cycle, from product development and sampling through bulk production to final delivery. The ideal candidate is commercially focused, highly organized, and skilled at coordinating with buyers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to bulk production.
• Handle buyer requirements, specifications and order details.
• Coordinate development samples, costing, approvals and production readiness.
• Follow up on T&A, sample submissions, approvals and order execution.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Technical, Quality and Sourcing teams.
• Monitor order progress, production status and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve product, production and buyer‑related issues.
• Ensure customer requirements are met in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers and provide timely updates.

Required profile

• Apparel manufacturing experience is mandatory.
• Both development and bulk merchandising experience are mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience managing orders from product development through bulk production.
• Strong buyer handling and coordination experience.
• Proven experience in apparel manufacturing merchandising.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing international buyers (preferred).
• Experience with lingerie, T‑shirts and boxers (advantage).
• Haddad and M&S experience (advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously.
