Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market awareness and generate business opportunities for Deutz Engines & Industrial Solutions. This role focuses on promoting engineering and industrial solutions through both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase market awareness and business opportunities.
• Promote Deutz engines and related industrial solutions via digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Create marketing content, product presentations, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate customer events, exhibitions, product launches, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a database of potential customers, industries, projects, and business opportunities.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance reports, and market analysis for management.
• Align marketing activities with business objectives by coordinating with sales, technical, service, and management teams.
• Achieve assigned marketing KPIs and business development targets.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in engineering, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, or technical product sectors.
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is an advantage.
• Exposure to engines, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or industrial solutions provides an added advantage.
