Manufacturing Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

The Manufacturing Coordinator is a full‑time remote position responsible for overseeing daily jewelry and ring manufacturing workflows. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and manufacturing partners to keep production on track and maintain Rare Carat’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Track orders, monitor production timelines and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Update production schedules, maintain accurate order and inventory records, and flag issues that could affect delivery.
• Analyze manufacturing data, recommend process improvements and document standard operating procedures.
• Communicate regularly with operations, customer support and quality assurance teams to promote efficient, customer‑focused outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear updates and reporting.
• Analytical ability to review production data, identify bottlenecks and propose practical enhancements.
• Experience coordinating production schedules, work orders and documentation across multiple vendors.
• Competence in quality control to ensure products meet specifications and timelines.
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing tracking systems and solid organizational abilities.
