Junior Ticketing & Reservations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Junior Ticketing & Reservations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with airline ticketing and reservation activities, handle customer inquiries, and support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient booking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Check flight availability, make reservations, confirm bookings and process cancellations or amendments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on schedules, fares, travel options and booking conditions.
• Issue, re‑issue, refund and cancel airline tickets and manage related transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and booking records in the reservation/ticketing system.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers and internal departments to resolve booking issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth travel and ticketing processes.
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, industry regulations and ticketing procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional qualification in Travel & Tourism, Airline Ticketing, Hospitality, Business Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in airline ticketing, reservations, travel agency operations or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing procedures.
• Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
