Junior Client Servicing Executive – Digital Marketing

About the role

NCATALYSTS is seeking a proactive Junior Client Servicing Executive to support the delivery of digital marketing solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, content, and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and timely communication via email, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
• Collaborate with creative, content, video production, digital marketing, and development teams to coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources using Notion and other project‑management tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client handoff.
• Assist clients in defining business goals, target audiences, and digital strategy, contributing ideas for campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Identify upselling opportunities and help achieve an 80%+ client retention rate by delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends (social media, performance marketing, SEO, content).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Sinhala/Tamil a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion for project tracking.
• Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Effective use of WhatsApp and email for client communication.
