HR Manager / Senior Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka partnering with a top FMCG organization to find an HR Manager / Senior Manager. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives, support business growth through people excellence, performance management, and modern HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI alignment, goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and continuous improvements.
• Drive key HR functions such as Rewards Management, Talent Analytics, Performance Management, and White‑Collar Recruitment.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HR digitization, automation initiatives, and AI‑enabled HR practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support decision‑making and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee engagement, productivity, and talent retention.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote Lean HR practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Strong experience in Rewards Management, Talent Analytics, Performance Management, and White‑Collar Recruitment.
• Exposure to HR digitization, automation, and AI‑enabled HR practices.
• Experience in policy formulation and deployment; prior exposure to Lean HR practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
