Growth, Marketing & Operations Executive

About the role

Yarl Ventures is seeking a Growth, Marketing & Operations Executive to support its portfolio brands, including EDUS, in driving growth, content creation, branding, social media, marketing execution, and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts across multiple brands.
• Create and edit content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Produce reels, shorts, promotional and brand videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Design social media creatives, ads, posters, banners, brochures and thumbnails with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Gamma AI) for content generation, research, scripts, captions and presentations.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint and AI‑assisted presentations.
• Support lead generation, sales campaigns and conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Conduct competitor, market, audience and content research and track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with management, sales, academic, operations, design and technical teams while maintaining consistent brand identity.

• Ability to understand business objectives, think independently and deliver without step‑by‑step instructions.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Digital marketing and growth marketing.
• Social media management across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Adobe Photoshop and Canva design.
• AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Gamma AI).
• Presentation design (PowerPoint, Canva).
• Brand management, copywriting, lead generation and campaign management.

• Salary range LKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month.
