Full Stack Lead Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Technical Lead to lead our development team and take ownership of the technical architecture, development, code quality, DevOps and deployment of our platform. This is a hands‑on role where you will develop features, review code, delegate work to junior developers, manage deployments and help establish secure and scalable engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small development team and delegate development tasks.
• Design and maintain application architecture.
• Develop and maintain Django/Python backend and React frontend applications.
• Build REST APIs, database models and third‑party integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Manage Git/GitHub workflows, pull requests and CI/CD.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, deployments, environments and monitoring.
• Work with Cloudflare, Docker and Linux.
• Implement testing, debugging and performance improvements.
• Ensure secure development practices, authentication, authorization and multi‑tenant isolation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain backup/recovery processes.
• Work closely with the Cybersecurity and Privacy/Compliance teams.
• Maintain technical and infrastructure documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 + years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Strong Django/Python and React experience.
• Practical AWS and DevOps experience.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or reviewing other developers.
• SaaS or multi‑tenant application experience (highly desirable).
• AWS, security or ISO 27001 certifications are a plus.
