Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Urbanspace Interiors is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to own and grow its digital presence. Based in Colombo, you will plan and execute campaigns that showcase interior design services, furniture collections, and the brand story across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, maintaining a consistent content calendar.
• Create and coordinate engaging copy, visuals and video content that highlight projects, design processes, events and brand initiatives.
• Build relationships with design influencers, home‑decor publications and media partners to generate PR opportunities.
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation for interior design and furniture services.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, photographers, sales and product teams to turn completed projects into compelling digital stories.
• Monitor engagement, website traffic and campaign performance, using data to optimise content and audience targeting.

Required profile

• Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communicator with a PR mindset, capable of crafting compelling brand narratives.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with designers, photographers and sales professionals.
• Good eye for aesthetics and experience in content planning, basic graphic design and video editing.
• Digital‑savvy with hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals and social media scheduling tools.
• Appreciation for interiors, architecture, furniture or luxury lifestyle brands is a plus.
