Finder Recruitment is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Assistant to work on‑site in Nugegoda. You will be the first point of contact for job seekers and employers, providing clear information about services and job postings while ensuring a professional and caring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from candidates and employers via phone, email, and in person.
• Guide candidates through registration, application processes, and use of the platform.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and update candidate information.
• Resolve basic issues, escalate complex matters, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Support daily office operations and collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes.
• Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, recruitment support, or administration is an advantage.
• Comfort communicating in English and local languages relevant to Nugegoda.
