Creative Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist to lead content strategy and creative ideation for our app and digital channels. The position is split roughly 70% content strategy and 30% creative ideation and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across social media, app, CRM, and digital channels.
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, messaging, and creative concepts.
• Create and proofread content in Sinhala and English.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Monitor content performance and optimise based on insights.
• Brief and coordinate with external creative agencies to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy, creation, or copywriting.
• Strong content strategy, copywriting and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
