Brand Executive – Automotive Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative and detail‑oriented Brand Executive to support strategic marketing planning and drive brand execution for a leading automotive enterprise in Sri Lanka. The role involves managing day‑to‑day marketing operations across integrated channels and collaborating with agencies to generate sales leads.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic brand planning and manage assigned marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
• Oversee day‑to‑day integrated marketing activities across ATL, BTL, digital media, PR, events and activations.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media vendors and production partners to ensure timely deliverables.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity and analyse industry trends to inform creative content.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure cost‑efficiency.
• Implement KPIs, track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and optimise initiatives.
• Support sales enablement, lead management workflows and CRM database activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing (CIM, SLIM or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing operations within a structured department.
• Strong understanding of brand management, integrated campaign execution, ATL/BTL channels, digital marketing, events and agency management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• High initiative, operational agility, creative evaluation, analytical thinking and strong organisational capabilities.
