Assurance Staff – Global Delivery Services (AOA)

About the role

Join EY's Assurance team as a Staff member within the Global Delivery Services (GDS) AOA function. You will support engagement teams worldwide, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate data management, and timely delivery of assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engagement teams with multi‑location coordination, engagement economics, confirmations, and project/database management.
• Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists.
• Collect client information from public sources and distribute it through firm publications and internal databases.
• Take ownership of work deliverables, ensure thorough review, and meet all deadlines.
• Identify issues or exceptions early and communicate them to regional teams promptly.
• Respond proactively to regional stakeholders and participate in weekly or bi‑weekly status calls.
• Build strong, open relationships with global teams and solicit feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Graduate with 0–3 years of general business experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and outgoing.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and prioritisation abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Interest in business, commercial awareness, and a willingness to learn.
