Associate Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Data Analyst to turn complex marketing, customer and market data into clear, actionable insights that support business growth. The position focuses on forecasting performance, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing investments and building predictive models to guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and connect data from marketing, website, social, CRM, campaigns, SEO, paid media and external market sources.
• Identify growth drivers, bottlenecks and new opportunities, and forecast traffic, leads, conversions and channel trends.
• Recommend data‑backed changes to marketing strategy, campaigns, content and resource allocation.
• Define KPIs, baselines, targets and measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives.
• Design, launch and evaluate growth experiments to validate recommendations.
• Build predictive models for forecasting, lead scoring, opportunity identification and anomaly detection.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data science or business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion analysis and experimentation.
• Ability to integrate and analyse data from multiple sources and APIs.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments is a plus.
